Week 3 & 4 Round Up of Exercise Challenges!

Hey guys! I didn't get a chance to post last week's workout challenge so I put week 3 and 4 together. Check out some of the exercises that really kicked my butt and try them out if you get a chance. :-)

  3. Thanks for Following Loyoya! :-) Yeah, I love Bodyrock and now that Zuzka is back I'll be doing both of their workouts.

    1. Both...wow your're a tiger :). I run 3 times a week. I have my first marathon in april (Rotterdam The Netherlands). I push up 3 times a week and lift weights 3 times a week (or bodyrock/zuzka's workouts). Love it :).
