Hey guys! New Years is just around the corner and I know everyone is getting ready with their New Year's resolutions to get fit and healthy. I'm beating New Years to the punch and starting early with my goal to tone up my body and get some muscle definition going on. I love how becoming a vegan has slimmed down my body and brought me to eating more healthy foods, but I know that I could be doing better. I want to see more muscle definition in my body.
