Freshly Served's facebook page, and saw this great snack idea.

Brown rice cake w/hummus, spinach, tomato, pepper, and a splash of lemon. |
You can mix it up with the rice cake. I sometimes add chia seed jam to mine. You can also try nut butter, kale or lettuce instead of spinach, avocado instead of hummus...get creative! :-)
