Hey guys! I didn't get a chance to post last week's workout challenge so I put week 3 and 4 together. Check out some of the exercises that really kicked my butt and try them out if you get a chance. :-)
Hi :) I just found your blog and I love it! Will be following you. Love you food pictures and I used to Bodyrock too...but now Zuzka is back I'm following her workouts again...she's amazing.
Both...wow your're a tiger :). I run 3 times a week. I have my first marathon in april (Rotterdam The Netherlands). I push up 3 times a week and lift weights 3 times a week (or bodyrock/zuzka's workouts). Love it :).
