Hey Peeps! Got some good workouts in today. I did a
Tone it up stairs workout and a
Bodyrocktv Christmas workout. I finally made the Tone it up protein pancake. I've been dying to try it out and so I got the chance to make it this morning and it was pretty good. Check out my video for the step by step recipe.

I just found this when I googled a vegan tone it up protein pancake recipe. Thanks for this! I'm going to try them this week! That quesadilla looks pretty yummy, too!

Delete1/4 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
2 tbs of almond milk
1 tbs of ground flax seed
1/2 mashed banana
Mix all the ingredients together and cook in pan. :-)
